If you live outside these collection areas, you can still ship with us using our simple courier-to-warehouse service. Hundreds of customers across the UK use this every month — and because we book the courier for you at our trade rates, it costs less than arranging it yourself.
How It Works — Outside Our Collection Zone
Sending cargo to Pakistan from outside Greater Manchester takes five simple steps:
Step 1 — Send us your box details. Message us on WhatsApp with the dimensions (Length x Width x Height in cm) and approximate weight of each box or bag.
Step 2 — We send you a courier quote. We’ll get a courier price to bring your parcels to our Manchester warehouse — usually cheaper than standard courier rates — and send it to you the same day.
Step 3 — Confirm and pay for the courier. Happy with the quote? Transfer the courier amount and we’ll email you the shipping labels. Just print them and attach one to each box.
Step 4 — The courier collects from your door. Collection is usually the next working day, from any address in the UK.
Step 5 — We take over from there. Once your parcels arrive at our warehouse, we:
- Register each parcel under your name
- Weigh everything and book it onto our next cargo to Pakistan
- Take the full receiver details for delivery in Pakistan
- Send you your cargo invoice
- Share the total weight, charges and photos of your shipment on WhatsApp
From that point your shipment is handled exactly like every other City Cargo consignment — sea cargo from £1.30/kg or air cargo at £10/kg, with door-to-door delivery across all four provinces of Pakistan.

You’re always welcome to bring your parcels directly to our Manchester warehouse — many customers travelling through the North West do exactly that. Message us first and we’ll have everything ready for your arrival.

Areas 15–35 miles from Manchester are collected by our vans with a small distance-based collection fee (send us your postcode for an exact price).
Bradford, Leeds & Sheffield — local collection by our Yorkshire team: We have a dedicated collection team covering Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield and the surrounding areas. No courier needed — contact us on WhatsApp with your postcode and we’ll arrange a collection directly from your door.
